Join us for a full day of guided shopping in the Marché Saint Pierre in the Montmartre neighborhood, the retail fabric district of Paris at the base of Sacre Couer. Although the shops in this district are open to the public, there are so *many* of such varying quality that it it takes time and patience to learn which ones are the best for different products. I will help you to sift through them to find fine fabrics, trims and buttons that will be perfect for your costume projects.  This is your chance to shop for top-quality products with a guide who knows which shops contain the hidden gems and can assist you with any necessary translations. 

The outing will involve a lot of walking and a few flights of stairs, so be sure to wear sensible shoes. Unfortunately, this outing may not be feasible for those with mobility issues. 

Outing hours: 10am-5pm (meeting point location to be annouced)

There will be an optional meeting from 9-10am for a quick breakfast before the tour begins, please tell me in advance if you would like to be included.

We will stop for a reasonably-priced lunch break at mid-day (location to be announced).

Breakfast and lunch are not included in the price of the outing (we will each pay for our own meals).

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a workshop or session, a full refund will be given to each student. In case of cancellation by a student, notice of the cancellation must be sent by email to tricia@houseofnines.com no less than 72 hours before the start of the class in order to receive a refund.
